COVID 19 Specific Booking Conditions
We strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance that covers Covid 19. If you cannot take your holiday due to Covid 19 because Trevalgan Farm Holidays has been forced to close, or you or someone in your party has Covid symptoms or you have a local lockdown or the whole country goes into lockdown and your insurance will not cover you then our policy is to retain the £50 booking fee, we will however refund any additional money you have paid in excess of £50. Alternatively we are happy to let you re-book at a convenient date, even if it means 2022, when we have availability and rollover all money paid to your new holiday date less a 10% admin fee.
The owners and staff at Trevalgan Farm Holidays will follow all relevant Government Health & Safety advice and all legal requirements to ensure safety during your stay with us.
We expect guests, staff & contractors on site to follow the current Government guidance on cleaning, social distancing and awareness of other guests.
To allow time for extra cleaning, check in will be from 5pm and check out by 9am on your day of departure.
You must NOT travel to Trevalgan Farm Holidays if you, or any member of your party are recovering from or showing any symptoms of Covid 19.
Guests showing any signs of Covid 19 whilst staying at Trevalgan Farm Holidays are required to contact NHS 119 immediately and follow their instructions. If positive, then all guests in the party should immediately return home if reasonably possible. If for any reason that is not, and self-isolation is required to take place at Trevalgan Farm Holidays, then all fees for all bookings affected by the self-isolation will be borne by the guest.
If you are contacted by the Test & Trace system and told you have been in contact with another person who has tested positive for Covid 19 you MUST return home immediately.
These Covid 19 specific terms and conditions are in addition to our standard terms and conditions found on our website. If you require a paper copy please just ask.
